7979, sound like “Go save, Go save” in Mandarin, is the core department under Histeam. Since 2010, 7979 Holistic Care Relief Network comprising the partner churches and caring stations was launched, to provide holistic relief care and community services to the poor and underprivileged families in their respective communities.

往往都是社会上的边缘人士。少了与社会的连接，基本生活都成了最大困难。 The Underprivileged families, families in crisis and poverty, are often been marginalised in their communities. They are disconnected from their communities, facing great difficulties to even maintain basic livelihood. |

动员受训志工关怀访视急难家庭，及时给予心灵慰助，并分发为期1-4个月的急难救助金。
Mobilise trained volunteers, to offer care, visit crisis hit families, provide timely comfort and hand out 1-4 months of Crisis Family Intervention Fund assistance. |
为经济弱势家庭的小学生提供课业辅导、生命教育及家庭关怀等服务。
Provide schoolwork guidance, life coaching and family care to primary school children of underprivileged families. |
建构回应机制，培训志工在重灾期间伸援，以在短期内恢复灾民的生活秩序。
Set up disaster response mechanism, train volunteers to assist in major disaster, help disaster victims to regain normal daily routine within shortest possible period. |
动员教会的志工，为贫穷及弱势家庭提供粮食辅助及生活上的关心陪伴。
Mobilise church volunteers to distribute food aid, care and companionship to underprivileged families. |
为教会所在社区内突发的紧急事件援助。让教会成为社区里的邻舍，邻里的希望。
This is a relief support extended to churches who’s communities are hit by emergency incidents. So that churches may become neighbours and hope, to their communities. |
