30/3/2025 机构跨国携手赈灾 NGOs Cross-border disaster relief collaboration

3月28日，为了安置内比都无家可归的灾民，缅甸地震后3小时，1919食物银行（全人海外策略伙伴）缅甸黑水虻养殖场已快速改装成临时安置中心。傍晚，首先入住中心的，是附近一所孤儿院的19个孩子与3位志工老师。这所孤儿院原在腊戌，去年7月因反抗军占领腊戌，搬迁到东枝，3周前才又搬迁到内比都，但昨天的地震把租屋处震毁了。

3月29日，内比都的居民平常烹煮都使用电炉，但因全市停电、停水，所以为了供餐给安置中心的孤儿们，志工们一早就到市场购买瓦斯、瓦斯炉、锅具、餐具、食材等。但几乎所有市场和店面都关门，目前志工们正积极寻求解决方法。

中华基督教救助协会（简称“救助协会”）也正与内比都神学院、爱缅基金会、马来西亚7979全人关怀网络等合作伙伴研拟具体行动中，盼能扩大服务更多灾民。

March 28 – To shelter those left homeless by the earthquake in Nay Pyi Taw, within just three hours after the quake, the 1919 Food Bank (an overseas strategic partner of HISTEAM) quickly converted its black soldier fly farm in Myanmar into a temporary shelter. By evening, the first to move in were 19 children and 3 volunteer teachers from a nearby orphanage. This orphanage was originally located in Lashio but was forced to relocate to Taunggyi last July due to occupation by rebel forces. Just three weeks ago, it moved again to Nay Pyi Taw, but yesterday’s earthquake destroyed their rented home.

March 29 – Residents of Nay Pyi Taw usually cook using electric stoves, but due to a citywide power and water outage, volunteers went to the market early in the morning to purchase gas tanks, gas stoves, cookware, tableware, and food in order to prepare meals for the orphans at the shelter. However, nearly all markets and shops were closed, and volunteers are now actively seeking alternative solutions.

The Chinese Christian Relief Association (CCRA) is also collaborating with partners such as the Nay Pyi Taw Theological Seminary, the Love Myanmar Foundation, and HISTEAM from Malaysia to develop concrete relief efforts, hoping to expand services to reach more disaster victims.
