4月3日之黄金72小时已过，死亡人数突破3000。 此刻，最紧急的是协助灾民重建生活。

在40°C高温中，1919救助协会于内比都设立3个服务站，全力运作：送餐、送水、陪伴灾民。 许多年轻人本身就是灾民，却主动成为志工，只因一句话：“多一个人，就多一份力。”

“虽然每天睡帐篷、被蚊子咬，但能帮得上忙，就很感恩。” 这一刻，缅甸最大的希望，是人与人之间不放弃的爱与同行。❤️

As of April 3, the golden 72-hour window has passed, and the death toll has surpassed 3,000. At this moment, the most urgent need is to help survivors rebuild their lives.

Under the scorching 40°C heat, the 1919 Chinese Crisis Relief Association has set up three service stations in Naypyidaw, operating at full capacity—delivering meals, supplying water, and accompanying survivors.

Many young people, though victims themselves, have stepped up as volunteers—driven by a simple belief: “One more person means one more helping hand.”

“Though I sleep in a tent and get bitten by mosquitoes every day, I’m just grateful I can still help.” Right now, the greatest hope in Myanmar lies in the love and solidarity that people refuse to give up on. ❤️
