受灾人数不断增加，救助协会与当地团队已启动两阶段救援计划：

【第一阶段】紧急救灾期  
● 成立奈比多灾民安置中心  
● 每日供应热食给安置中心与附近3村灾民  
● 发放慰问金予房屋损毁家庭  
● 配合国内救援专机运送赈灾物资  

【第二阶段】灾后重建期  
● 发放食物包、急难救助金、以工代赈  
● 灾后心理辅导、儿童夏令营等陪伴计划

In response to the growing number of disaster victims, CCRA and local teams have launched a two-phase relief plan:

[Phase 1] Emergency Relief Phase  
● Establishment of a disaster relief shelter in Naypyidaw  
● Daily provision of hot meals to victims in the shelter and three nearby villages  
● Distribution of condolence funds to families whose homes were damaged  
● Coordinating with domestic rescue planes to transport relief supplies  

[Phase 2] Post-Disaster Recovery Phase  
● Distribution of food packages, crisis intervention funds, and implementation of cash-for-work programs  
● Post-disaster psychological counseling, children's summer camps, and other companionship programs
